Once the auction ends and the winning bidder has paid in full, they will receive the exclusive right to use the adoptable character for personal, non-commercial purposes only.☢️|| 2° > You can ask when finishing the purchase for any minor edits, such as minor design changes, gender change, and etc! Major Changes may be discussed!☢️|| 3° > After winning the auction, you will receive the files via any form you prefer, discord, email, etc.☢️|| 4° > If you have a Toyhouse Profile, the character will also be transferred to you!☢️|| 5° > I have all the right to take as long as I need for the extra art if AB'd.☢️|| 6° > Do not claim design or art credits!

I retain the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes and to display it in my portfolio. If you would like to make any changes or alterations on MY art, please contact me to discuss the options.☢️|| 5° > Always credit my social medias if using the artwork!

☢️|| 1° > Provide clear and concise details about your commission, including the character(s), desired style, pose, background, and any specific requests. Images are a big help for me! So if you can always provide these for what you wanna go for, I would appreciate!
Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon. I will provide accepted payment methods.☢️|| 2° > Work on the commission will commence once payment has been received and cleared.☢️|| 3° > I will provide progress updates, including sketches or drafts, to ensure the Client's satisfaction with the direction of the commission. Minor revisions may be requested during this stage.☢️|| 4° > The delivery of the commission high-quality file can be sent via E-mail, Discord, Google Drive, or anything you prefer! The first method offered to you will be E-mail, therefore, if you prefer any other sending, let me know.☢️|| 5° > The Client is granted non-exclusive rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including display on personal websites, social media, and personal printing.
☢️|| 6° > Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the artwork is prohibited without prior written consent from the Artist. Commercial rights may be negotiated separately and subject to additional fees.☢️|| 7° > Crediting is a must when posting the art publicly, any Social Media crediting is okay! Check the social medias through Linktree or my Carrd.☢️|| 8° > Significant alterations or changes to the artwork after sketch process, or when the artwork is fully finished, including major design overhauls or substantial additions, will be subject to additional fees and must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.☢️|| 9° > In the rare event that the I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued to the Client.☢️|| 10° > I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, website, or social media as part of their body of work. The Client's personal information will not be disclosed in these displays without explicit permission.☢️|| 11° > The Client acknowledges that the Artist's style and interpretation may influence the final appearance of the commissioned artwork. Variations in color, style, and composition may occur within the scope of the agreed-upon specifications.☢️|| 12° > The commission agreement will include agreed-upon deadlines.
